Stair case 

It is better to have even number of steps in the stair case .the Number steps usually 18 and the 19th steps will be level is same as that of First Floor of the House  (280 / 15 = 18.6666 ~ 19 here the Height of headroom is 2.8 meter)

Kitchen 

• Its better to provide the kitchen in the North – East or  South East direction and preferable in North – East direction.
• Avoid your Kitchen orientation towards North-West direction
• While preparing food its better to face towards East direction.

Living Room

The location of  Living room may be

• South
• South West
• West
• Centre of House

Floor Level and Ground Level

• It is better to have same Ground and Floor level inside the House .
• House Facing East or North, the sitout / Living Room may have low level
• But it is ntot better to do the same in case of House facing West or south
